One pretty significant The Force Awakens actor has yet to see the script for Episode VIII even though he will be in the movie...
Andy "Supreme Leader Snoke" Serkis says he has yet to read the script so at this point he knows very little about what Snoke will be up to in Star Wars Episode VIII.
You can read more on CinemaBlend.com (if you can get passed the obnoxious advertising - seriously guy, sort that out!).
You know what this tells me: there has been no table read on Star Wars Episode VIII, unless there was and Andy just didn't get the memo. Do you remember that the first big image was the table read? It's a big thing on the upcoming BluRay, a short film about that moment, and now, on VIII, one of the major stars has yet to see the script? I'm not sure what to think of that. The movies been in production for about six weeks at this point, with major overseas photography taking place, with some of the main cast (John Boyega) on set, without a table read? Could this mean Snoke's story responsibilities are minimal in VIII? Or is it that what's been film so far is essentially second unit stuff? We've heard that the interior versions of the Dubrovnik sets have been built here in UK, could it be that the principles will only be involved on the UK sets after the table read? Or is it simply a matter of Andy Serkis taking the easy way out of a tricky question?
Thank you for reading,
